Your tasks at SBI:
- Independently monitor and check the progress of the technical trades on our construction sites
- Checking the services to be provided by executing companies
- Coordination of all contractors in the technical area
- Forming the interface between our company and the customer on site
- Technical contact person for the customer
- Technical and price review of offers
- Responsibility for the agreement and adherence to deadlines by contractors
- Carrying out measurement and invoice inspections and acceptances
- Reporting performance levels to the project management
Your experience:
- Completed studies as a technical engineer or technician in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation with professional experience
- Knowledge of construction site management
- Knowledge in the planning and execution of industrial projects is an advantage
- Dealing with relevant standards, VOB, work contract law and HOAI
- Ability to work independently, flexibility, organizational skills
- Self-confident and business-savvy demeanor
